Privacy policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

Prop-firm.trading is an independent comparison index of futures prop-trading firms. We collect as little as possible — no accounts, no newsletters you didn't ask for, no data selling. Here is exactly what happens to your data.

Analytics (only with your consent)

With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, anonymised session replays) and Google Analytics (visit statistics) to understand how the site is used: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser type, approximate region. Both set cookies for this purpose. We use them solely to improve the site. Data is processed by Microsoft under their privacy statement and by Google under their privacy policy.

If you clicked "Decline", no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind at any time:

Feedback form

When you send feedback through the message button, we store what you wrote, the page you were on, the date, and — only if you choose to provide it — your email address. This is stored in a private Google Sheet and used solely to improve the site and reply to you. It is never shared or sold.

Hosting

The site is served by Vercel, which may process technical logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely, as any web host does.

Affiliate links

Some "Visit" links may be affiliate links: if you sign up with a firm, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Rankings and scores are never influenced by this — the methodology is published at the bottom of the comparison table.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete any personal data we hold (in practice: your feedback messages and email, if you provided one). The simplest way: send a message through the feedback button with your email — we will handle it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
